We have a 14-day return policy, this means 14 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase should be provided.

Damages and issues
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect order please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and rectify any issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
Please get in touch if you wish to exchange any item, we may exchange items depending on the condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for refunds to be processed, however if you have any concerns please contact us.
